Profile

As a partner at RATHEAUX since 1990, Henri SAINT PERE runs the Corporate Law Department with three other partners (Gaétan de LA BOURDONNAYE, Michel BOTTAZZI and Olivier CATELAND). Henri SAINT PERE also heads the Contracts and New Technologies Law Department and is in charge of foreign clients. He is a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Jean Moulin LYON III in the context of corporate law for students on courses leading to a Business Law Degree (DJCE).

  • English lecturer at the EM LYON (International sales and the CISG) and at the UCLY (International Company Law)

Henri SAINT PERE has developed his expertise in:

  • national and international industrial contracts – New Technologies (contracts relating to intellectual property rights, R&D agreements, temporary business groupings, joint ventures, IT contracts, general conditions of use for internet sites);
  • economic and competition law (general conditions of sale, pricing regulations, cartels, concentration regulations);
  • law relating to businesses in difficulty, business takeovers at the bar of the court;
  • establishment of foreign businesses in France and abroad (in conjunction with our network of correspondents);
  • international and community law (Agreement on the International Sale of Goods etc.).
