Sibylle AUDET joined RATHEAUX Corporate Law Department in 2026. She has been a practising attorney since 2010. She specialises in international M&A transactions.
Prior to joining the firm RATHEAUX, she practised at law firms EY (Ernst & Young) and Lamy Lexel.
Sibylle AUDET specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She assists French and international clients with external growth, liquidity procedures, seeding or equity investments, venture-capital , and with the legal organisation of shareholders’ relationships and the structuring of group companies.
Through her varied professional experience, she has acquired a solid track record in the aeras of international coordination and expansion, and in assisting foreign groups in establishing a presence in France.
