Profile

Sandrine MOLLON is responsible for the Litigation and Mediation and the Intellectual Property Departments at RATHEAUX. The relationship of trust which she forges with her clients, is based on a will to listen to and understand their problems, which are then clearly identified, so as to proceed with a detailed legal and judicial analysis of the data provided. On the basis of this information and these discussions, she advises and defines, with her French or foreign clients, a pre-litigation and / or litigation strategy which allows her on the one hand to guide them and assist them, often before any legal action, in operations of court-ordered or other appraisals of any kind, with often considerable financial stakes, and on the other, to represent them before any law courts in France, Brussels or Monaco. Although driven by the will to defend her clients with force and conviction, she has also developed a good sense of negotiation and mediation which she recommends to her clients where appropriate.

Expertise

Sandrine MOLLON has developed and acquired expertise in Business Litigation, covering all internal conflicts (e.g. conflicts between shareholders, director liability etc.), and also external conflicts (industrial risks, breakdown of contractual relationships, distribution law, competition law, GAP etc.) which any business may face on a national or international level and which she evaluates using her knowledge of private international law. Her career at RATHEAUX has also afforded her the opportunity for over 17 years to gain vital experience in litigation relating to industrial and intellectual property (such as, principally, all legal action for counterfeiting or for nullity, or relating to IP title claims), including new technologies.
