Before joining the Corporate Law Department at RATHEAUX in 2010, Marc PRETAT spent six years working in Paris, initially in the legal department of a telecommunications operator, and then as a solicitor in a well-known French firm and in an international business law firm.

Expertise
Marc PRETAT has developed his expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions, private equity operations and in Corporate Law. His activity covers corporate law, principally in the field of French and cross-border acquisition operations, mergers, company restructuring operations and joint ventures. As such, he advises in particular managers and investors with regard to company takeovers and investments. He is also involved in the writing and negotiation of commercial contracts.
