Anaëlle IDJERI practices economic law and contract law as counsel and litigator. She advises companies in negotiating and drafting their commercial and industrial agreements, as well as in setting up their distribution networks and complying with consumer protection rules. She also assists companies in their litigations relating to economic law (including, restrictive competition practices and unfair competition). In this capacity, she advises and represents them in the context of inspections carried out by administrative authorities, including DGCCRF and DDPP (including, late payment, non-conformity and CE marking, etc.).
She also conducts training sessions for clients to raise their awareness and assist them with issues related to commercial and contract law.
